Organic ingredients
Grown without synthetic pesticides or synthetic fertilisers, and kept that way through processing. It applies to the ingredients in the bottle, not just the headline one.
Worth knowing
Organic describes how something was grown. It is not a claim about potency — that is what the dose on the front and the batch test are for.
Ethically sourced
Suppliers we deal with directly rather than through an anonymous marketplace, on terms we are willing to describe if you ask us.

Shipping is in the price
Free US shipping, no minimum, on everything. Nothing is added at checkout — the number on the product page is the number you pay.
Packed within one to two business days, then five to ten business days to arrive. Tracking by email the moment it leaves.
All sales are final, and we say so first
We do not take returns for change of mind. These are sealed products meant to be swallowed — once a bottle leaves our hands we cannot verify how it was stored, so it can never go back on a shelf or to another customer.
So buy one bottle before you buy three, and ask us anything first. We would rather answer a question than take a sale you regret.
If it never arrives, that is on us
A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full — your choice. Anything returned to us as undeliverable is refunded too.

FDA-registered facility
The facility that manufactures our products is registered with the FDA and subject to inspection.
What it is not
FDA approval. No dietary supplement is FDA approved — the agency has no authority to approve one before it is sold, and any brand that implies otherwise is wrong.
Third-party GMP certified
Good Manufacturing Practice certification, audited by an independent body rather than self-declared by the manufacturer.
What it covers
How a product is made, tested, documented and traced — the part you cannot judge by looking at the bottle. Not a claim that the ingredient works.

Why it matters here
Potency testing is what confirms the number on the front is the dose actually in the capsule. Without it, that figure is a claim rather than a measurement.

How to read a label
Four things worth checking on any bottle, ours included.
None of this is secret. It is just easier to sell a supplement when nobody looks. Take these four to any shelf and most of it falls apart.
One
Elemental, not compound
Minerals are bonded to a carrier. The big number on the front is usually the whole compound, not the mineral.
1,000 mg magnesium glycinate is about 141 mg magnesium.
Two
Check the extract ratio
A big herb number next to a tiny standardised extract means the active part is far smaller than it looks.
790 mg of an 8% extract is about 63 mg of the active.
Three
No proprietary blends
A blend prints one total for a list of ingredients, so the cheap ones can carry the weight and nobody can tell.
Every ingredient should show its own dose.
Four
Servings, not capsules
A 120-count bottle at two capsules a day is a two-month supply, not four. Compare by serving.
Check servings per container, not the count.
The same 1,500 mg
One of these tells you what you are actually buying.
Both panels below come to exactly the same 1,500 mg per serving, and both are legal to print. Only one of them lets you check what you paid for. This is the entire reason we itemise every ingredient.

How long will my order take?
Packed within one to two business days, then five to ten business days to reach you. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday start processing the following Monday. You get tracking by email as soon as it leaves.
Shipping is free within the US with no minimum, and it is already built into the price rather than added at checkout.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we would rather tell you that here than bury it at checkout.
It is not us being difficult. These are sealed products meant to be swallowed. Once a bottle has left our hands we cannot verify how it was stored or whether it was opened, so it can never go back into stock or on to another customer. No supplement seller who takes that seriously would do otherwise.
What we do instead: prices kept as low as we can, the policy stated plainly before you buy, and questions answered before you order. Start with one bottle rather than three.
What if my parcel is lost or never turns up?
That is a different thing entirely, and it is covered. If tracking has not moved in seven business days, email us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full — your choice.
Anything that comes back to us as undeliverable is refunded in full as well.
Can I take this alongside my medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist, not us. Several common supplements interact with prescription medicines — magnesium and some antibiotics, vitamin K and blood thinners, St John's Wort and a long list of things.
We print every ingredient and every dose on the front precisely so you can hand the bottle to a pharmacist and get a real answer in thirty seconds.
How do I know what is actually in the bottle?
Every batch is tested by an outside laboratory for identity, potency and contaminants. Email us and we will send the Certificate of Analysis for the batch you were shipped — not a generic one, yours.
That test is what turns the number on the label from a claim into a measurement.
What does organic mean on your labels?
That the ingredients were grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, and kept that way through processing — across the formula, not just the ingredient in the product name.
It describes how something was grown. It says nothing about how much of it you are getting, which is why we print the dose separately.
Why is your shelf so short?
Because every product on it has to pass the same test: organic, ethically sourced, made in a certified US facility, batch tested, and honest about its dose. Plenty of things we would like to sell do not pass, so we do not sell them.
Who am I actually buying from?
Osterly Market — a supplement brand run out of Michigan by two people. Everything is made under our own label and held in our own warehouse. Nothing here is marketplace resale.

Yes, we cost a little more.
We would rather carry forty things we can stand behind than four thousand we cannot. Some of the gap is not really a gap at all — here is exactly where it goes.

Shipping is already in the price
A cheaper sticker with $8 postage added at checkout is not cheaper. US shipping is built into every price, so the number on the page is the number you pay.

There is no permanent sale
We do not print an inflated was-price so we can cross it out. Nothing here is 60% off forever. The price is the same on a Tuesday as it is on Black Friday.

Compare the dose, not the bottle
Half the price for half the elemental dose is not a saving. We print the elemental figure on the front precisely so you can do that maths before you buy.

Named ingredients cost more than blends
A proprietary blend lets a label hide how little of the expensive ingredient is in there. Ours name every ingredient with its own dose, which removes that hiding place.
